HR 3677 is the Thomas Navarro FDA Patient Right Act that will allow patients and parents to have a choice in cancer care. We understand that Congressman Waxman of California does not like HR 3677 and wants to make changes to this short, concise, effective piece of legislation. Congressman Waxman met with Congressman Bilirakis, the chairman of the Commerce Subcommittee: Health and the Environment, Monday Dec. 18 to discuss changes.
